Tesla Roadster Sport 2.25 578

This car was originally a 2.0, but was converted to a 2.5. Tesla calls these extremely rare cars 2.25s. It is thought that fewer than half a dozen of these cars exist. The change from 2.0 to 2.5 including improvements such as; fully adjustable performance suspension, redesigned front and rear ends, a double DIN stereo, and various other improvements.

The Sport Edition was a $19,500 option that included upgraded wheels, upgraded suspension, and a more powerful hand-wound motor which dropped the 0 to 60 time from 3.9 to 3.7 seconds.

Other upgrades include:

Passport 9500CI radar detector + laser interceptor/jammer, map lights & radar detector display added to rearview mirror, scuff plate added to the front bumper to protect the carbon fiber trim, new extended Paint Protection Film (PPF). Approximately $10,000 in upgrades.

This car is currently bricked and in need of a battery. We only have one photo of this car (the one with a person posing with the car). All other photos are of an identical car. More information and correct photos will be forthcoming.

With only 1680 miles, this roadster is a perfect time capsule inside and out.
